Plastic Injection Moulding
In the plastic injection method, the mould is connected to the plastic injection machine. The granulated raw material is heated by means of resistances and injected into the mould, which is colder than the barrel, under gradually changing pressure. In the meantime, the raw material cools down in the mould for a certain period of time and then the shaped product comes out of the mould. Çilingir Mould also has the plastic injection process within the company. Plastic injection is a process that involves many factors at the same time. If not done carefully, it may cause undesirable results such as burrs, surface defects, sticking to the mould, distortion, odour and yellowing, burning due to gas compression, flow marks. However, our company follows and examines all processes meticulously and carefully.
